• Treatment of personality disorders – cognitive therapy is used to diminish self-sabotaging ways of thinking, feeling, and relating.
• Substance abuse treatment – the goal is to help the individual attain and maintain sobriety.
• Treatment of anxiety, depression and PTSD – cognitive therapy and experiential therapy is used to reduce or eliminate symptoms
